Polycarbonate sheet
Imported Material: The protective film/printed information on the sheeting is declared by the manufacturer for its origin country.
DIY material comes with one year return to base warranty. Due to climate conditions, it does NOT apply to NZ. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or external forces (e.g., impact, drops, or exposure to extreme conditions) or malfunction resulting from improper installation, including failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions or the use of non-approved tools or materials.
The polycarbonate sheeting is UV-protected on one side only. To maximize the lifespan of the product, install the side with the printed logo facing the sunlight. This ensures optimal protection against UV degradation.

Product Description
Our aftermarket excavator electrical products are sold as stated, based on the model and measurements declared by the manufacturer.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a three-month limited warranty for excavator electrical products, subject to the following terms and conditions:
The product must be used under normal operating conditions, free from damage caused by human error, improper use, or external factors.
1.A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order receipt) must be provided to verify the purchase date.
Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly will void the warranty.
2.Installation must be carried out by a certified mechanic to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards.
3.A detailed installation record and fault report issued by a certified mechanic must be provided in case of a warranty claim.
4.Additional supporting documentation may be required, including but not limited to the machine nameplate and photos of the repaired or defective parts.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
1.Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or deterioration due to environmental conditions.
2.Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
3.Failures caused by external factors such as voltage fluctuations, power surges, or incompatible components.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with the required documentation. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claims.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For all other returns, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Storage Fees:
To enhance the shopping experience, we offer a free one-week storage period after purchase. Storage fees will apply for items stored beyond this period, as detailed below:
• Small Items: For items weighing up to 25kg and measuring no more than 50cm in cubic meters (m³), a storage fee of $50 per week will apply.
• Larger Items: For items over 25kg, an inventory fee of $200 per week per pallet or parcel will be charged following the grace period.

Our domestic household goods come with guarantee that is included under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a failure that cannot be remedied or is of substantial character, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If you are not happy with a product you have purchased, please return it to our store within 7 days. All goods for exchange must be unused, in original packaging and in condition as sold. If a Magellan Imports product or service is not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, provided it is fair and reasonable to do so, we limits it liability to replacement of the product or the supply of the services again or supply of an equivalent or better product.
We recommend you retain your receipt, as we require proof that you purchased the product from us, warranty claim will not be granted without proof of purchase. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available. We may need to conduct an assessment and communicate with the manufacturer to determine the nature and extent of the fault for your exchange or refund.
We cannot offer refund or exchange on any product/s specifically cut to size at your request. (Cut-to-size metal, made-to-order hydraulic hose, offcut panels, etc) Faults or defects caused by product modification, misuse and abuse, norm al wear and tear or failure to follow user instructions are not covered under warranty.
Please note that all items are non-returnable and non-refundable after 6 months from the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns within the eligible period.
