Payment should be made within 5 working days, commencing on the closure of auction.

All orders will be shipped within the same or the next working day after receiving payment.
Pickup is welcome.
Warranty
Please refer to the description of each specific product for different length of warranty periods.
An invoice is to be presented for all warranty claims. Damage to or misuse, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or addition voids warranty.
Returning & Refund
Buyer pay expense to send product for warranty. Please check items before you sign for couriers.
Refund only be offered if we can not provide replacement. Refund will not be offered if you changed your mind or the item is not what you expected.
Postage charges are not refundable.
Payment should be made within 5 working days of auction closure. Please use your auction number as the reference when making a cash deposit in branch.
GST invoice is provided on request. Address of P O BOX can not be delivered. we happy to combine shipping on request.
Warranty does not cover: misuse or cleaning, incorrect operation or assembly , unauthorised repairs, careless storage.
